mindrift Team
Mindrift was founded by Paul Frühwirth and Thomas Bourg in February 2019. The goal was to create a company that promotes efficiency and modern thinking.
The current trend towards digitalization in organizations can more often than not lead to wasted time and efficiency, instead of promoting it.
Through our experience in large international companies, start-ups and with an international mindset, we try to understand your needs first and foremost. Only after fully understanding your processes, we try to find the right tools to increase your work efficiency.
Paul Frühwirth
After finishing his studies in business administration, Paul gained extensive expertise and practice in financial management. He held different financial leadership positions in Accounting, Financial Planning and Treasury. During 10 years working for international corporations as well as for small and medium-sized companies, he gained broad experience in financial steering and leadership.
Paul was always convinced, that digitalization and automation of financial processes is key for companies of all sizes to be able to focus on their core business.

Thomas Bourg
Thomas was born in Paris, France but grew up in Salzburg, Austria and holds a French-German double citizenship. Through his family, friends and international work & study experience, he built a european mindset and cultural sensitivity.
Speaking multiple languages fluently is good, but knowing and living the culture is even better and has proven as an excellent asset whilst working with French, German or Austrian companies.
